Radleigh is embarking on a really exciting 2016 with the launch of multiple developments across the East Midlands, with everything from luxury 2-bed apartments through to prestigious 5-bed homes. Therefore they needed a new website that would align with the offline customer journey when searching for a new home.
With useful features like a Help To Buy affordability calculator and links to local amenities in the vicinity of each development, the new website is the perfect way to discover what makes Radleigh Homes such a quality house builder.

One of our long-standing agriculture clients recently underwent a £377m acquisition by US firm CF Industries. During this exciting take-over m360 were appointed to manage the application of the new CF Fertilisers brand across the company’s UK locations and Head Office.
This required dedicated project management, focussed design and slick install of all the new signage to ensure the project was completed accurately and to a defined deadline. In addition, we also created an integrated marketing campaign focusing on their key products and services which included press, digital and printed media. Ultimately helping in the growth of the CF Fertiliser brand in the UK.
This month we welcome on board a brand-new client – Distinct Recruitment. Distinct is a brand new name in the Midlands… a recruitment agency with a difference. Distinct came to m360 with a challenge; create a visual solution to convey our unique features – exceptional consultants that are truly valued with a genuine understanding of clients, underpinned by real personality and experience second to none.
We gave Distinct a brand that truly stands apart from others in their market but pitched just rights for their corporate audience. Their brand tag line ‘People make the difference’ says it all.
Nottingham Art Map – a Bonington Gallery initiative, supported by Nottingham Trent University – is now live. We designed and developed this online creative arts hub, featuring an interactive map that showcases current Nottingham exhibitions within galleries and art spaces across the city. It’s a simple site, with a unique current design approach – created with the users in mind.

This month our design team welcome’s Josh – a brand-new graduate, with credentials to match the most accomplished designer. He’s a skilled and enthusiastic creative with an impressive portfolio – a competition winner, with Honours in Graphic Design and some London agency experience from DesignBridge.
He brings fresh thinking and bags of style to our studio and he’s ready to revive your brand.
Keep a look out for our newly launched Showcase Nottingham campaign, which promotes their amazing upgrade to their premium Cinema De Lux brand, featuring luxury recliners throughout… at no extra cost to us!
Our ‘We’ve upgraded everything but the price’ campaign can be seen across adshells, bus sides, online and in the press and features original photography of a family enjoying a film at one of the Nottingham screens.
We’ve reclined at Showcase Nottingham… all in the name of research of course… and we’re sure this is the most comfortable way to watch a film.
This month saw the launch of a significant digital project – the FHP website is now live! It’s a bespoke, responsive design – so it looks great on a smart phone, tablet and a desktop. It also features a property search tool with an integrated interactive Google map.
A comprehensive Content Management System was built for the site, to allow the team at FHP to manage their website content effectively. We also developed a custom-build email creation tool, to help FHP maximise marketing opportunities with their contacts.

Say hello to Jo – our new designer! Jo brings over 6 years of quality agency experience and bags of enthusiasm to our studio by the river. Her expertise range from branding and identity, through to illustration, digital design and packaging.
With a BA (hons) in Graphic design from the University of Lincoln, Jo complements our existing team of experienced creative wizards – some of which are also graduates from the University of Lincoln.

We’ve expanded our portfolio in design and the built environment with our new Radleigh Homes client win. Radleigh is a well established domestic property developer with an impressive suite of properties – both sold and current – throughout the East Midlands. We’ll be directing their marketing activity and managing both their brand and their specific campaign messages across all of their channels. We’re only a few weeks in to having this new client on board with m360 but we’re already on the journey to translating Radleigh’s values – quality, value, honesty and integrity – through all of their marketing activity.
